i eat healthy

i hate to eat things that are bad for me. i would rather not eat than to have something unhealthy enter my body. i do make some room for chocolate though. i have been doing some cooking lately and i try to cook with all natural and mostly organic products. i am amazed at how much i have lost because of that. when i go out to eat i try to eat vegetables and maybe some fish, turkey, or chicken. i dont eat much red meat anymore because it makes me feel so heavy. sometimes i have to eat what people feed me. during those times i just suck it up and eat it, or i pretend to eat so they arnt offended. any healthy eaters out there?

That's funny, I saw you eat about 2 pounds of chocolate chip cookie dough, about a dozen cookies, and a whole bowl of chocolate fondue within 24 hours! I don't know how you didn't get sick, I was getting queasy just watching!

I remember when I was like you...you made fun of me. :) Remember when we were all out at the lake and y'all were grilling burgers and I ate something like chicken salad on wheat or something? Y'all were like, "What's wrong with her?" :) So funny how things change. Now I would eat the burgers if you made them again, which you wouldn't I guess. I ate like that for about a year and a half...no meat (red), no sugar, no dairy. It was really good for me. But, then I got pregnant (and have been that way for the past 3 1/2 years or so :) ), and those healthy foods that I had been eating and loving for so long literally made me gag no matter how hard I tried. We eat healthy still, but we aren't the "freaks" (as Auny said about y'all) that we once were. Here's the bright side: Brock, I don't think you will ever get pregnant and so you should be fine in staying the way you are. Congratulations on your health...it's awesome. Stay focused and disciplined. And y'all look dang great.
