awkward moment

i had an awkward moment on the plane recently. as we landed the pilot asked us to stay in our seats in honor of the soldier on board. ok, no problem, i can honor the soldier. so i kept seated like everyone else. the problem was that i was on the phone talking to a friend. in the middle of a sentence i realized it got REALLY quiet. i was the ONLY one talking. what i didnt realize is that we were waiting to get off the plane until they removed a casket from the plane. it was covered with a flag. i felt so stupid. i felt like i was laughing at a funeral. i had no idea.
