practice what i preach
today i had a message for the students at this camp i am at. it was that God doesnt call us to clarity when we are confused. in fact he calls us to faith. i have dealt with major confusion on this issue. today was one of the hardest days i have ever had. today i am really having to practice what i preach. i am having a tough time right now. to be honest, things actually got much worse today. i still need your prayers. i know God has a plan. i choose to live by faith.

The problem is that sometimes when we are facing something really huge in our lives, we tend to focus on whatever it is, instead of asking God to give us a mind of truth, to see what He is up to in this situation. Pray the armour of God (Eph. 6) over your life, ministry, and whatever your confusing situation is.. then walk by faith.. and clarity will come. Thanks for ministering to us and our youth last week at Super Wow. You're in our prayers.

I was there today Brock! Keep on keepin' on man. It's important for your sake, as well as others. Everyone I talked to including myself agreed that you were the best thing that happened at SuperWow, not only because of your great illusinary entertainment, but because your messages were just what you said, REAL. That really showed, and inspired quite a few of us today, and throughout this entire week. I will no doubt be praying for you for a while; the spark you fired in me this week has been one that noone else could create. Thank you so much for everything you've done, and please hang in there! Life will get better!

Today was awesome at camp... I just got back from SuperWow and I had an awesome time. You are a great preacher and I know a lot about preachers cause my dad is one. You really kept my attention this week and I really looked forward to every morning getting to listen to you.
remember the group of youth ministers that prayed for you at Super wow? I led that prayer. You are a mighty warrior for God, helping us fight for our youth against what seems lke sometimes over whelming odds. Satan would love to make you a casualty of the war--But we wont let that happen--we "have your back" in this war against satan.Keep on Brock---your victory is near . Always praying for you.

Brock, I was with you last night when you told us that you were having problems. I don't know what trouble faces you now, but please keep in mind what I said last night. If you were not making a difference, really being a threat to the work of the evil one (hiss--boo) you would be living the life of the Happy and the Hopeless. When you are being tried by Satan, it means you are really, really on his hit list. YOU and your ministry are getting on his last nerve. That spells success in God's book, man! I and my family will be praying for you and your lovely wife. We will raise you all up to the Throne. Give praise to God in both, times of pleasure and pain. I am praising God for bringing you to where you are right now. You will be brought through the fire, made more pure and stronger for the flames. I love you, my son really loves you. He wanted you to come home with us, like you were some lost puppy or something. All the way home from Jekell Island he kept saying stuff like, "Wouldn't it be great if Brock could come to stay at our house? Wouldn't it be great if we could take him to lunch? Do you think he would come to our school?"
We have been watching our DVD and each time we see your face, we will remember to pray for you, Anya (sp), your work, your equipment, your workload, your physical strength, your emotional strength, your spiritual strenght. Angels will fly before you to prepare the way. Angels will fly around you to protect you from attack. Angels will fly behind you to boost the message you left in the hearts of the youth. A ring of angels to protect and guide.

clarity is so hard to find when you're confused. it's something i'm struggling with too. it really is about 100% faith when you're confused. but you have to put your faith into action. take steps. that's where i struggle the most. hopefully i'll get better... and soon. because i'm tired of feeling confused all the time. you know what i'm saying. i'm praying for you two. seriously. i'm proud of how you're handling life right now.
Faith is never easy, but it makes God smile...... and, faith allows room for God to be 'God', He is the miracle maker after all.
Your miracle will come.

I was at superwow when you were speaking this past week, and I prayed for you last night because you are one of the reasons I decided that I needed to focus my life back on God. I just want you to know that you have inspired and impacted so many lives in just the past week.
