i have conversations ever week about water. many times, people will notice that i am a water drinker. i drink as much water as i can. people ask me why i drink water instead of coke. water is the most healthy and natural thing you can drink. before i began drinking water i was dehydrated and didnt know it. i had a trainer tell me that i was carrying about 7 pounds of water weight around my mid section. here is why. if you dont drink enough water then your body begins to go into survival mode and it stores water. that stored water becomes what we call "love handles". i decided to try to drink alot more water and see what happens. i began to drink about 100 ounces of water each day. a few weeks later i had lost my "love handles" and i was 7 pounds lighter.

tell you the truth i cant remember the last time i had water
i like water when im practicing sport instead of gatorade so i guess i drink a good bit of water......lol sorry i didn't comment yesterday it was just one of those days....
