crash

today at the luis palau city fest there was a guy in the crowd with a shirt on that said "f*** off". but of course it didnt have the stars. anyway. he was very obvious to us. this guy looked really rough. he wasnt the kind of person that you would want to meet on a dark street. his hand was in a cast from a fight we found out later. God got all over this dude. he made a commitment to follow jesus. stephen baldwin and i decided we were going to go talk to this guy personally. we were so interested in this guy. stephen asked him his story and this is what we heard him say. he said that he just found out that his wife was cheating on him. he punched his friend in the face and broke his hand. he got on a bus and headed for indiana. when he got to nashville, he missed his connection bus. he heard about the action sports event we were doing so he came to see us. he watched the freestyle moto and then the message. he knew it was his time to choose to follow jesus.
some other guys joined us to talk to the guy and ended up praying for the guys hand. he felt it heal as they prayed. he took the cast off and felt the bone and the separated part wasnt there anymore. it didnt hurt anymore. he could move his fingers, and grip things. it was amazing to see God work like that.
it was no coincidence that he missed that bus. there is no way to deny the power of God. this was amazing.
after talking with him we found out that he was a motocross racer. his name was "crash". today there was a different kind of crash.

brian from team faith gave him a new tshirt and took the old one home with him. "crash" needed a new shirt, but he got so much more

What a "cool" blessing Brock! It's amazing how God is using you and your ministry! I don't believe anything, good or bad, happens in our life by chance. It's all a part of a bigger picture. My friend once told me that our life is like a puzzle. We see only the part we're "working" on right now and will try to "force" pieces to fit the way we want. God see's the puzzle from overhead and He knows "exactly" where each piece needs to go!

May God bless Crash!

Have a blessed day!
