columbus day?
why do we celebrate columbus day? my question is "how can you discover land that is already inhabited?". america was full of people. they called them indians. now i think it is native american. i guess we corrected it by saying native. the reason we say native is because we recognize that they were living here before columbus found this place. the whole thing just seems weird. we corrected that part so maybe we should correct the columbus part. maybe we should call it something else. from now on it is not columbus day. what should we call it?
