every year i gripe and complain about this. here i go again.
everybody listen. it is october. it is NOT christmas time. take down your christmas trees and lights. it wont kill you to wait until december.
yesterday i was driving down the road on my way to the cocoa tree and i saw a house with 2 christmas trees and lights all around the house.
its too dang early for that. remember halloween? that is in october. it comes before thanksgiving, which is in november. then december comes around, its usually the last month of the year, and that is christmas time. i know that the stupid stores started selling christmas 3 months ago but dont do it. your friends are gonna tell you, "hey come on, everybody is doing it...". dont fall into the peer pressure. christmas can wait until december. take down the lights and take back the christmas trees. lets enjoy the other holidays.
you may say that you love christmas. i do too. its the best holiday. thats why they saved it for last. they saved the best for last. so be patient. its not going anywhere. celebrate christmas, have yourself a grand ole time, but please WAIT UNTIL DECEMBER.

The other day I was at the store and someone was complaining that there wasn't enough Christmas things for sale. I had to try very hard to not laugh in their face.
In my book Christmas time starts on Black Friday. Which for those of you who are not in the know is the Friday after Thanksgiving when everyone and their mother goes Christmas shopping and feel in necessary to park in front of my house. Just because I live across the street from the mall DOES NOT give you permission. Gee Whiz.

i remember seeing a video of you online at some place and they were playing christmas music and i think if im not mistaking it was in october and you were talkingabout how they should wait... i agree with you WAIT!!!!!!!!
you know i never thought of it that way.
my family and others that just that, we decorate in October with Christmas stuff. but its ok.

its not cool to celebrate halloween right? but can use it to give out Chick tracts and dress like Christmas carolers like you did.

i'm not done either. We should wait. until Dec 1 it gives it more value than to start early then we can bug out w/ all the lights and shiny thingys.

What if we put up stuff the day after Thanksgiving? It would be still in Thanksgiving but closer to christmas
