daytona bike week 2008

Today we had some time off so we headed up to daytona beach to bike week. Imagine half a million bikers all in one place. Its a wild place. Not too wild though. It is actually very tame during the day. Many of the bikers are professionals. Doctors and lawyers and school teachers. We had a great time watching all the riders on their fancy bikes. We saw some seriously expensive bikes. Some hand built bikes worth 6 figures. We saw a famour bike builder who is often on tv. We also saw arlen ness' place. We even went into the worlds largest harley davidson dealer. We had a great time. We didn't have a bike to ride this year so we missed out on the fun. And also missed out on the rain storm.
